Employers review and select candidates to move forward into the industry immersion (pre-traineeship) program

Participants attend 2-week Industry Immersion Program
ARAN’s groundbreaking immersion (pre-traineeship) program delivers a dual benefit, enabling rail employers to identify and select top talent while simultaneously allowing candidates to confirm if a Rail Safety Trainee position is right for them
